All content included on the Site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video, data, music, software, and other material (collectively “Content”) is owned or licensed property of Tradex LLC or its suppliers or licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary rights. The collection, arrangement, and assembly of all content on the Site is the exclusive property of Tradex LLC. Tradex LLC and its suppliers and licensors expressly reserve all intellectual property rights in all Content.
Legal Capacity to Make Agreements and Transact
If you are under the age of eighteen (18) years you cannot place orders with Liftdex. By accepting these Terms and conditions you acknowledge that you are over the age of eighteen (18) years. Should Liftdex suffer any damage or other losses as a result of a transaction entered into by minor, Liftdex reserves the right to seek compensation for such losses from the parents or guardians of the minor who caused any order(s) to be placed with Liftdex.

Product Suitability
Prices
Prices and availability of products on the site are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected when discovered. Our site contains a large number of products and it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced.
If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection. We are under no obligation to provide the product to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you an Order Confirmation or a Shipping Confirmation if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakable and could have reasonably been recognized by you as a pricing error.
Products Availability
On occasion, you may be able to place a product in your shopping cart and submit your order for processing, but your order is subsequently canceled due to the unavailability of the product. You acknowledge that products may sell quickly and there may be a short period of time after an order has been submitted, but where the product is no longer available. You agree that we may cancel your order even after you have received an Order Confirmation without penalty.
Warranties
All new equipment sold by Liftdex is covered by a minimum one-year part and labor cover for domestic use only, (excluding consumable parts), unless the item states it is suitable for light commercial or commercial use. In many cases, the warranty is greater than this. The warranty on the equipment we sell varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. It can include a full on-site repair facility or a ‘back to base’ warranty. In some cases, where there is a minor fault, the manufacturer will send a part by mail for the customer to fit (This warranty excludes consumable parts and damage caused by accident or misuse). Warranty for light commercial or full commercial equipment varies, please contact our sales department to clarify the warranty status on individual equipment.
If an item develops a fault, please contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery stating the equipment you have, (brand and model number), serial number, and a brief description of the fault. Liftdex will either arrange to send a part for the customer to fit, send an engineer to the site, or in some instances, depending on the manufacturer, ask that the goods be returned to our warehouse. Goods must be well packaged prior to collection. No goods will be accepted into our warehouse without prior authorization from us. Liftdex will then repair or replace the equipment with an equivalent or better model and deliver the goods back to the customer at our expense.
Please note all equipment is warranted for UAE only.
Extended Warranties
All warranties (Manufacturer) are subject to the same terms and conditions as the original manufacturer warranty. Extended warranties, offer upgrades to manufacturer’s warranties to 3 years parts and labor cover.

Consumable Parts (Resistance Equipment)
Cables, chains, belts, upholstery, spring load adjustment pins, pulley wheels, pulley wheel bearings, and all springs. All loose weights and fixed barbell and dumbbells are classed as consumable items for the terms of the warranty.

Cancellation of order
In case you would like to cancel your order kindly send us an email on [email protected] within 3 days of your confirmation of the order. If your order is not shipped, we will cancel the order and will process a full refund.
In case the order is canceled after the shipment dispatched, we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping fee.
Note: No cancellation of an order will be accepted after 7 days from the delivery of goods. The refund will take up to 8 business days to process and up to 30 days to reflect on your debit/credit card.
Returns & Exchange
Liftdex wants to ensure your complete satisfaction with the items. For online purchases and a full refund, we will accept items if they are not damaged.
Note: Our couriers do not collect any unpackaged goods.
