Liftdex understand the purpose of lifting on a sharp bar where the knurling is more abrasive (i.e., new bars in competitions), it becomes imperative that thumb tape (pack three) is used to protect the skin.
Thumb tape (pack three) is allowed for use in all competitions locally and internationally as long as the very tip of the thumb is exposed so it is not utilized to extend the length of the thumb.
