The primary purpose of the Liftdex Safety Squat Bar is to reduce strain and alleviate pressure on the
shoulders and wrists. Thick padded shoulder rests ensure comfort, while the use of integrated handles helps prevent
stress on areas that can be immobile, such as the wrists.
The bar weighs 35kg and features a durable chrome finish, with a
maximum load capacity of 300kg. It measures 2.19 metres in length and offers a
maximum loadable sleeve length of 325mm per side.
Designed for versatility, the Liftdex Safety Squat Bar is compatible with all
Olympic 2" / 50.8mm weight plates.
