The Hip Thrust Bench is a standalone unit built to commercial quality and designed without moving parts to ensure durability. The incorporation of the bench within the Hip Thrust unit reduces the risk of injury to the trainee from the movement of an unsecured bench.

Manufactured from start to finish in UAE at the Liftdex factory, the Liftdex Hip Thrust Bench is made from locally sourced laser-cut mild steel and finished with our signature anti-scratch powder-coat.

The Hip Thrust Bench includes 12 fixed band pegs allowing for an easy and secure attachment of bands for greater resistance. The pads are locally sourced, and offer a secure and comfortable experience. The locally sourced padding is covered in a highly durable vinyl leather which is easily wiped clean.

Grip tape on the foot plate of the Hip Thrust Bench provides a non-slip surface and helps to keep your feet firmly planted throughout the duration of the exercise.

Bolt together assembly allows for ease of set up for anyone. This bench can be easily moved using the handle at the front, and the heavy duty wheels at the back. Having the handle and wheels on the bench ensures it is easily moved throughout your facility.
